Chief Financial Officer, Jon Oates

Jon is an experienced technology CFO with more than 20 years of experience in venture-backed and high-growth companies, with expertise in fundraising, M&A, scaling businesses, and investor relations. He’s worked for a host of successful technology companies, including preparing and supporting significant growth events.

Chief Marketing Officer, Megan Thorpe

Megan is a veteran of politics and the private sector, working across many highly regulated industries to build communications strategies, targeted outreach campaigns, and technical content to help shape the understanding of brands and products. She is experienced in digital assets as a part of the communications teams at Lukka and Kraken.
